Subject	Speedometer question

Message	This morning I noticed the speedo in my 1994tt was not working at all. I have read several posts on the subject. Most mention PS, HICAS and CC issues but I believe those symptoms are for pre '94 cars. If no other systems malfunction (e.g. cruise control still operates) occur, does this indicate a bad cluser?
